Which size bra should I get?
Our aim is to provide you with the best fittings bras. So finding your size is step number ons. Visit our fit-guide page to find the perfect size for you.
The bra I received does not fit well
When the item your ordered does not fit well, please contact us as soon as possible.
To be able to help you in the best way possible, please provide us with a detailed overview of what is wrong with the item. Some pictures would also help a lot!
Orders

Where is my order?
We ship out orders within 24 hours. You will receive your track and trace within 48 hours in your mailbox. Please allow the track and trace to update your information about the status of your order.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after you placed an order.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you filled in a wrong adress, please send us an e-mail no later than 12 hours after placing your order. Provide us with your order number and your full name. We will try to change the adress if we have not shipped out the order yet.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Depending on where you are located, shipping times vary from 2 to 9 business days. Keep an eye on the track and trace code to stay updated.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change, and you might need to cancel your order. However, please note that our order processing is automated to ensure fast delivery. This means acting quickly is essential. Here’s how our process works:
- If Your Order Has Not Been Processed Yet:
If your order hasn’t entered the automated processing system, we can cancel it free of charge. However, because most orders are processed within just a few hours of being placed, it’s crucial to contact us immediately to request a cancellation. - If Your Order Has Already Been Processed or Shipped:
Once your order enters the automated system or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you’ll need to return the product to us after it arrives. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Can I return orders?
You can return orders within 30 days after ordering. The tags must be on the product and the product must be in new condition. Make sure to check our refund policy for more details.
How can I return my order?

Can I exchange my product for a different size / model?
If you are unpleased with your item and wish to exchange it. please contact us. Provide a detailed description of the issue with your item and what item you wish to exchange it for. Please provide your order number and full name.
When can I expect the refund to be paid?
After your item has been received in our warehouse, we need 3-5 business days to process it. If your return meets our guidelines, we will return the money within 3 business days.
